We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after the date of your purchase. We are unable to accept anything after the 14 day policy.
*Returns or exchanges on already exchanged items will be accepted up to 5 days upon arrival of the exchange. Please reach out to us within 5 days if you are not satisfied with your order and would like another exchange or want to return for a refund. All requests after this will be accepted on a case by case basis. A full refund will not be available if your request falls after the 5 day policy.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Bottoms will be considered for return on a case to case basis. For additional safety measures, please wear a liner or underwear to try your order on initially for fit. All of our returns are sanitized before put back into inventory. However, we do suggest that you wash them before deciding to wear them out.
All full-priced items will be eligible for a return. Items purchased with a discount code will not be eligible for a full refund (unless damaged) but may be exchanged for another style or for store credit.
Sale items marked as final sale, sample sale items and other items indicated as final sale on the product listing or on your packing slip cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please answer all the questions on the form so we can process your return correctly. Once you have filled out the form, please email it to use at email@example.com and we will contact you with further instructions for returning your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount if you choose to get a pre-paid return label from us.
If you choose to send it back yourself, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if your return or exchange is over $75. Namikai cannot guarantee that we will receive the package and will not be responsible for any missing shipments.
We will accept returns and exchanges for international orders on a case by case basis. All full-priced items will be eligible for a return. Sale items marked as final sale, sample sale items and other items indicated as final sale on the product listing or on your packing slip cannot be returned or exchanged.

All of our items are handmade and slight imperfections may occur from time to time. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us and we will work with you to get a replacement or refund.
If you are requesting an exchange, please download and fill out our returns/exchange form and we will contact you to confirm your exchange request.
We will ship out the requested exchange within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email with a new tracking number for your exchange.
Please note, if you would like to ship your exchange to your address but chose Olena Cafe Pick Up as your original shipping method, you will be sent an invoice to complete for shipping costs unless the order value is over $75.
Once we receive your package, we will inspect and verify your order. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that we have received the return request, along with the refund approval or rejection status.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show.
We advise not to send your return before contacting us with your completed return form. Please note that your return processing may be delayed if so. Additionally, items may not be available to receive a full refund to the original payment method and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund, please follow the following steps:
- Double check your bank account if it has not processed in 3-5 business days.
- Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
